Whitefish Lake First Nation

Whitefish Lake First Nation is located approximately 190km northeast of Edmonton and  25km north of Vilna, Alberta. 

Whitefish Lake is unique in that it has two separate councils and chiefs governing their two nations – Whitefish Lake First Nation and Saddle Lake Cree Nation. Whitefish Lake and Saddle Lake have a shared, band government, and the two are considered to be one Nation.
